Lush Lacquer Party Rockin'

Another newly discovered indie brand I'm just trying for the first time.  I picked up 3 colors from the Lush Lacquer store on Etsy.  Karin and Lexi are the owners of the Lush Lacquer, a mother and daughter "best friend" duo that creates fabulous glitter combination nail polish.  How wonderful is that?!

Party Rockin' immediately caught my eyes as I quickly tore into my package.  I knew it was going to be a winner when I first ordered it, but seeing this in person was beyond amazing.  Just wow!  I could not wait to wear this one.  My mind immediately begin surveying the colors I could pair this with.  So many options and I was at a loss for a color.  But after a couple of days of consideration, I decided to pair it with another newly arrival color.

I was in purple mood so I thought why not go in that direction.  This is just one coat of Party Rockin' over Dior Ultra Violet.

I was pleasantly surprised to see how one coat resulted a nice coat of glitter.  I debated on adding a second coat, but I decided this was a good look and stopped here.

Party Rockin' is a slightly blue jelly base jammed packed with a festive mix of vibrant glitter.  I see gold, blue, purple, fuchsia and small iridescent glitter, and sprinkled with larger blue hex and bar glitter.

As with any glitter bombs, it's a bit bumpy.  I used a good dose of Gelous, and then a coat of Poshé.  I think the smooth surface and added extra glossy top coat brings out the beauty of glitter even more.

I absolutely LOVE this!  Party Rockin' is so gorgeous, way prettier in person than what you see here in my pictures.  I couldn't take my eyes off my nails.  It was so fun, pretty and so sparkly!  My 5 year-old daughter couldn't stop marveling at my nails.  She wanted her nails to be exactly the same.  I'm definitely rockin' party nails.  Can't wait to wear this again!
